Whenever possible, I like to hear my clients’ mixes-in-progress. Great results can be achieved when we collaborate as a team, including the artist, producer and mix engineer. This is especially true of the work that comes my way through artists’ project studios and rooms where various listening conditions may affect the frequency response.

I may hear details in the full-range speakers that aren’t as obvious in near-field monitoring playback, especially in the low end - rumble, thumps, and outside noise often become surprisingly apparent. It’s much more effective and cost-efficient to isolate and correct these issues in mixing.  I’m happy to give your work a quick listen at no charge, or we can arrange a more detailed, attended review at an affordable hourly rate.
